Meet Sgt. Baron Von Muffles

Here's a character design for a dastardly adversary for little Oona, our Monkey Girl heroine! This Peter Cushing inspired villainous Housecat is named, Sgt. Baron Von Muffles.
I've been working on the Oona storyline, tightening up the nuts and bolts, to offer up as a pitch to some certain unnamed cartoon companies.
Muffles is Owner and Proprietor of U-PAY, the Universe's largest Underwater Mega Submarine AquaStation Online Ordering Garage Sale! (much like EBAY, if well, ebay were also the motherf*cking DeathStar of the 7 Seas!)
If my one or two fans out there have indeed been keeping tabs on our ever evolving storyline, they'll remember that Oona runs a Time traveling Pirate styled Antique Store in the guise of a Hot Air Balloon.
